Extra service return policy – Christmas shopping 2020
We offer our customers an extra service with regard to Christmas shopping. That's why we're expanding our return policy from now on: you can return items freely before 31 January 2021.
The deadline means that you have up to 31.01.2021 to notify us that you want to regret your purchase and return the item. You can send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . You will receive a reply from the e-mail within 24 hours with a link to our return portal, where you can print a return slip and return package label.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
When you have notified us that you regret your purchase, you have until 31.01.2021 to send the item back to us and we will pay the return shipping for purchases over DKK 299 (This only applies in Denmark). For purchases under DKK 299, the shipping fee is DKK 59 ex. VAT and to your chosen parcel shop.
But you are responsible for the goods if damage occurs during transport.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to jewellery. The costs for returning these goods are expected to cost a maximum of: DKK 70 ex VAT.
We work with Shipmondo, which works with several carriers.
The condition of the item when you send it back
We do not accept dirty goods and the goods must not be used.
The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging and with the original labels. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

You can only return goods that you have bought from us.
In our return portal, you can order a return slip and pick up/buy a return shipping label for your return package .
The return slip and your collected/purchased return package label will also be sent to your provided email address.
Once we have received your return package, our customer service will process it as quickly as possible. If your return order meets the conditions for return, we will make sure to refund your purchase.
Remember that the return slip must be completed and enclosed in the return package , so that we can identify your package when we receive it.
You print the package label on a plain paper. A4 printer. The package label must be affixed to the package without the tape extending beyond the barcodes. Once this has been done, the package is ready to be delivered to a post office, a post shop or in a parcel box.
Christmas deadlines 2020 from Ermidio : Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year, especially for freight companies. Ermidio therefore recommends ordering your goods in good time and before 18.12.2020 in Denmark, so that delivery/collection of packages can arrive before Christmas.
For our Nordic neighbors we can recommend ordering goods before 13.12.2020 and for our German neighbors we recommend ordering goods before 14.12.2020.
